vitality of 47 nations based on digital economy indicators, THE PHILIPPINES TOPPED the U.S., India, Australia and all other countries in availability of qualified engineers, skilled IT workers and competent senior managers. It also had the highest net enrollment in public and private higher educations institutions for persons aged 17-34.

With the government's focus on building up an IT-enabled economy, the Philippines is on its way to becoming the E-Services Hub of Asia.
