Hardware

CIS uses the following hardware for printing and enveloping:

• IBM InfoPrint 4000 for Advanced Function Duplex Printing
• IBM 3900 OW1 for Advanced Function Simplex Printing
• Pitney Bowes 9 Series Enveloping System
• Toppan Forms PS-18 Pressure Seal System

Software

CIS uses IBM’s InfoPrint Manager for its print spool administration and monitoring. The following software are used for dynamic document design and resource creation:

• Elixir Opus
• Elixir AppBuilder
• Elixir Desktop
