These Bayad Center "Your One-Stop Payment Shop" outlets are strategically located in high traffic and accessible areas such as supermarkets, convenient stores, drugstores, malls, banks and gas stations. The accredited third party agents include a network of large retailers as well as small independent stores. These include leading malls (Shoemart, Robinsons, Ever Gotesco, Isetann); drug stores (Mercury Drug, Imart); store front services (Mail & More, RCPI) and other small and medium commercial enterprise.

Currently, the Bayad Center "Your One-Stop Payment Shop" outlets are widely dispersed at different sites in the National Capital Region and in the adjoining areas like Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, Rizal and Bulacan. Bayad Center "Your One-Stop Payment Shop" outlets are now being rolled out in selected areas in North Luzon (Baguio, Dagupan, Pangasinan,etc.), South Luzon (Bicol, Oriental Mindoro, Sorsogon, etc.), and key districts in the Visayas and Mindanao Areas.
